"My life, the experiences of several languages ... that everything ends up changing, from the sun to the clouds, from the transition from day to night or the rhythm of the city imposed by the traffic lights ... All these sensory experiences inspire my painting. The human experience captures these changes and must accommodate them. In my work, everything is change and we are the observers of the deep nature of the planet.
Perhaps the awareness of the moving energy underlying these transformations, the thoughts and sensations that it inspires in me, can be found in my paintings. Inspiration comes to me while walking and marveling at how I feel. I hope to be able to communicate this experience to the viewer who looks at my paintings. »
The reflections in the lake water in her more recent work capture the light of a leaf subjected to the shadows and lights cast by the surrounding forest. She treats this environment through her thoughts in a composition that is sometimes naturalistic and sometimes abstract and the end result is an interesting and in-depth process.
